Meet the Team
Trying to get to know someone without meeting them and putting a face to the words is hard. So we thought we'd skip the awkwardness and introduce ourselves up front.

Director
Jonathan Carton
I have been working in local government for almost a decade in a variety of roles and departments. I started out in the Library service before moving in to Adult Social Care and Health - a bit of an adjustment to say the least!
I am a huge proponent of PMO's, and have been fortunate enough to work within and develop the largest (and best, in my completely unbiased view) PMO at Kent County Council.
Second to my passion for PMO's is my love of teaching people. Whether it's 'intro to project management 101', or the finesse behind stakeholder management, I can - and quite often do - spend hours exploring topics and then bringing that knowledge back to the team.

I am dedicated to making a difference in the public sector, and I truly believe that utilising project management and PMO methodologies will increase the likelihood of delivering the change we desperately need. I have developed my career in project and portfolio management supporting local authorities in IT as well as Adult Social Care. I often find myself in the strategic arena influencing Senior Managers and advocating evidence-based decision making to deliver our strategic objectives.
I've honed my skills and built up a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years and I have held many positions in that time such as Project Support Officer, Project Manager, PMO Analyst, PMO Lead, PMO Manager and more.
Hobbies: Running, Food, Movies, Golf, Delivering Change.
